The Norwegian player Andreas Schjelderup was announced, this Thursday, as the second reinforcement of SL Benfica in the winter transfer window of the 2022/2023 season.
The 18-year-old winger played for Danish side Nordsjaelland. Now, the contract signed between the young athlete and Clube da Luz lasts for five years, until 2028.
Schjelderup is a Norway youth international, but played in the Danish league. In the Superligaen, the player scored 10 goals in 17 games and even added an assist to his resume.
The Norwegian is the second signing of Benfica in the current winter market, after the Danish Casper Tengstedt, signed from the Norwegian Rosenborg.
On the other hand, the reds gave up, however, definitively, the winger Diogo Gonçalves to the Danish team in Copenhagen and the striker Rodrigo Pinho to the Brazilian team in Coritiba.
