Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo was “happy” this Friday because he had scored the first goal in the Saudi championship, playing for Al Nassr, in the “important” two-goal draw with Al-Fateh, for the 15th trip.
“Happy to score my first goal in the Saudi league and for the great effort of the whole team to get an important draw in a very difficult game!”wrote on social networks the Portuguese striker, who this Friday avoided the defeat of Al-Nassr with a penalty, already in the period of discounts.

At Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Stadium, in Al Ahsa, former FC Porto player Cristian Tello opened the scoring in the 12th minute, an advantage canceled out in the 42nd minute by Brazil’s Anderson Talisca (ex-Benfica) . shortly before Ronaldo had the first big chance to score, sending the ball into the goal post.
In the second half, Al-Fateh took control of the scoreboard again, against the right shot of the Nigerian Sofiane Bendebka (58), but Ronaldo (90 + 3) took the penalty kick already in added time and thus avoided the defeat of the team led by Frenchman Rudi Garcia.
