Last Friday, FIFA rejected the validation of Valladolid’s registration of Sporting player Jovane Cabral in the Spanish football league, according to the Spanish emblem, which will appeal the decision.
“Valladolid was formally informed today that FIFA has refused the special concession to Jovane Cabral, in view of his registration as a ‘blanquivioleta’ player. The club and Sporting had reached an agreement on the transfer of sports rights until the end of the season .”can be read in a note released this Friday by the 17th ranked team in La Liga.
The Spaniards are considering the decision “unfair, arbitrary and that seriously harms his interests and those of his supporters”and so it will continue “fight against the competent authorities”.

According to Valladolid, the technical problems they experienced had nothing to do with its operation, but rather were “attributable to FIFA’s own platform”, for transfer registration, and for that reason it will appeal the decision.
Sporting meanwhile included the player in the squad designated for the Europa League this Friday, after the two emblems reached an agreement on the loan on the last day of January, the last chance for transfers in the European market.
