This Sunday, SC Braga is obliged to beat Arouca, this Sunday, in a match of matchday 21 of the Primeira Liga, after FC Porto already beat Rio Ave this Saturday. With this result, the dragons they extended the advantage over the arsenalers to five points, who thus need to win to close the gap again.
Arouca appears in Braga in a comfortable seventh place, but a victory could open the doors of the fight for Europe, since victory could be worth fifth place.

Playing at home and wanting to show that the defeat suffered this week, at home, against Fiorentina, did not leave too deep an impression, SC Braga did not want to keep anyone waiting. At 19 seconds into the game, Spaniard Abel Ruiz fired from the edge of the penalty area to make it 1-0.
The early goal did not scare Arouca. Playing for the opportunity to play in places that give access to European competitions, Armando Evangelista’s team set off, in Braga, in search of the equalizing goal. Alan Ruiz and David Simão played to the maximum, Sylla did not allow himself to be caught in silence.
But after 30 minutes of looking for a goal at the height of Abel Ruiz, it was another Ruiz -in this case Alan- who fell first. The Argentine had to leave after 32′, on a stretcher, due to muscular problems. Pedro Moreira took his place, but until the break nothing changed.
