Valongo beat the Spanish team from Calafell this Saturday 3-2, in Follonica, Italy, and will play the final of the Rink Hockey Continental Cup on Sunday, with the winner of Trissino-Follonica.
The Portuguese team, defeated finalists of the European League, in the penalty shootout against the Italians of Trissino (3-1, after 4-4), lost 2-0, but turned around with goals from Miguel Moura, Diogo Abreu and Facundo Navarro.
Calafell, champion of the WSE Cup (former CERS Cup), after defeating Follonica in the final (6-5), reached 2-0 with two goals from Marti Casas, in minutes 9 and 11, but Valongo responded with streak. by Miguel Moura, at 11, and Diogo Abreu, at 12.
