This Saturday, Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick in Al Nassr’s 3-0 win over Damac, maintaining the lead in the Saudi Football League.
Two weeks after scoring four goals, in the visit to Al-Wehda (4-0), the Portuguese international striker once again scored all the goals for Al Nassr, in the game on round 18 of the championship, taking advantage of the 0-0 draw in house -0 of Al Ittihad, Nuno Espírito Santo, at the reception to Al Raed, on Thursday.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s three goals were all scored in the first half, at 18 minutes, from penalties, at 23 and 44 minutes, and ended Damac’s aspirations to discuss the result.
The captain of the Portuguese team has already scored eight goals in the competition, being surpassed in the list of top scorers by the Brazilian and his teammate Talisca, who has 13, Carlos Júnior (Al Shabab), who has 12, and the Moroccan Abderrazak Hamdallah (Al Ittihad), who scored 11.
After 18 games, Al Nassr leads with 43 points, followed by Al Ittihad, with 41, Al Shabab, with 40, and Al-Hilal, with 32, but this team, which was defeated in the Club World Cup final by Real Madrid (5-3), has three games less than the trio that precedes it in the standings.
