England international defender Luke Shaw has extended his contract with Manchester United until 2027, the fifth-ranked club in the English Football League said on Tuesday.
The 27-year-old left-back joined Manchester United in 2014 from Southampton, a fixture in the south of England where he trained from junior to senior.
“Luke is a very important player for the group and has developed into one of the best defenders, managing to combine a leadership mentality with all his other qualities,” Red Devils manager John Murtough praised.
