Sporting drew 2-2 with Benfica, this Sunday in Alvalade, and is out of the Champions League next season.
The lions handed Sporting de Braga the third place in the championship and, consequently, the place in the third qualifying round of the Champions League, since they have 71 points, four less than the Braga team.
Fourth place will give Sporting direct access to the group stage of the Europa League.
