Dutch driver Max Verstappen (Red Bull) won the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix this Sunday, the seventh race of the season, and reinforced the championship lead.
Verstappen, who started from pole positionhe led all the laps and scored an extra point for the fastest lap, cutting the line with 24.090 seconds ahead of second Briton Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes), with fellow Briton George Russell (Mercedes) third, with 32.389.
With these results, Verstappen clinched the championship lead, with 170 points.
