Who is behind the unidentified flying objects? The answer may be given this Thursday in Washington: NASA will publish a report on UFOs (10:00 a.m. local time, 4:00 p.m. Paris time). The US space agency will also host a press conference “to discuss the results” of the independent study team it commissioned in 2022.
In October 2022, sixteen scientists from different sides were tasked with helping NASA “draw scientific conclusions about what is happening in our sky.”
A UFO is an object or phenomenon “observed in the atmosphere, and whose nature is not known or recognized by witnesses.”
A video published in June.
Their appearance is often associated with the idea of an extraterrestrial life form, but “there is no evidence that UFOs are of extraterrestrial origin,” the American space agency repeatedly recalled.
The press conference to present the report’s conclusions will be filmed and broadcast live on the Internet, NASA said in a statement. The report will also be available online.
The US space agency held its meeting in Washington in early June first conference dedicated to UFOs. She revealed a video of one of these unidentified sphere-shaped objects that was filmed over a town in the Middle East.
NASA’s first public meeting on the topic was organized in May. David Spergel, astrophysicist in charge of presiding over this work, highlighted the need to collect more data to be able to explain these phenomena in the future.
