The soap opera between Elon Musk and Twitter continues. Elon Musk was authorized this Wednesday, by the judge handling the case, to include in his arguments to justify the abandonment of his plan to take over Twitter, the accusations recently made by a whistleblower, the former head of security of the social network, Peiter Zatko.
The magistrate, Kathaleen McCormick, for her part, rejected that the trial be postponed accordingly, as requested by Elon Musk’s team, considering that this could further harm Twitter’s activities, according to the text of her decision consulted by AFP.
