Content “degrading and humiliating”
In this context, the Investigation Commission is particularly interested in influential people qualified as issues. To identify them, a citizen consultation was launched, open until May 31. “We ask the people who bring us influential people who, for them, published problematic content. Several names have emerged, including Tuntent’s couple.
“All this should question us collectively, because there are also principles of image protection of children on social networks,” he says. In addition to the exhibition of their children on platforms, Arthur DeLeporto points to the finger in problematic content, such as lives or dangerous and even prohibited products. “As they also have very young who are signed, are they aware that they are exposed to illegal publications of young people?”
Julien and Manon Tanti became known by participating in several reality shows, of which Marseilles. Since then, the couple has shared their daily Dubaïote on social networks. They are followed respectively for 869,000 and 1.3 million subscribers in Tiktok. Regularly, they share videos of their 7 and 4 year old children.
Julien Tanti is one of the influential set by the repression of fraud. In March, the young man was convicted of “deceptive commercial practices” linked to trade on his Instagram account and his telegram channel.
Conclusions made in September
The controversial influencer Ad Laurent will also be heard by the Tiktok Research Commission. Questioned by Tech & Co, Arthur Delaport was particularly concerned about “the tone of its content” and what it can transmit as “vision of sexuality with younger people.”
Ad Laurent, Manon and Julien Tanti will be interviewed on June 10 at the National Assembly. If the list has not yet stopped, other cameramen must be questioned.
At the moment, the three influencers have not responded to the citation. “It must be remembered, a citation for an investigation commission, is imperative. Therefore, one cannot disappear,” concludes the deputy.
