Move, Vacation: “My Mobile Network”, the site that helps you know the best operator in your sector

The ARCEP launches on July 8, 2025 a new version of “My Mobile Network”, its tool to verify the quality of the mobile network. An enriched tool by monitoring the faults reported in real time.

With vacation outings, movements are generally one of the main summer projects, including the beginning of the school year. If in large cities, it is not about the quality of the mobile network, in small and medium -sized agglomerations, or in remote campaigns, however, it may be very useful to know if its current operator will maintain water.

This also applies if you go to the beach or in the mountains. And for all these possibilities, they are “my mobile network.”

Very practical in case of holiday departure

This tool was launched in 2017 by ARCEP, the Telecommunications Gendarme, and was rebuilt on July 8, 2025. Its interest is multiple, it makes possible to precisely verify the quality of mobile services in the home or their holiday place.

A site is even more important because if operators proudly show a coverage of 2g/3g/4g more than 99% of the population, the area covered in France, does not reach this level and rather ranges between 90 and 97%.

Disparities according to territories that, therefore, can be verified in Monreseaumobile.arcep.fr.

In addition to the general visualization of the mobile network status, the site proposes to enter its exact address to know both nearby antennas depending on the operator, as well as the frequencies used.

Metropolitan France and accessible abroad

We can also know if these are 4G or 5G antennas in the blink of an eye, and not only in continental France. The network cards of the departments abroad are also there, just like Corsica.

Among the new features of version 2025, apart from an interface change, the ARCEP adds the report of possible breakdown in a particular antenna thanks to the “daily” updates, or even to inform a problem through the “ILETE EL ARCEP” platform.

“The objective of my mobile network is to illuminate consumers in the choice of their mobile operator,” said an ARCEP spokesman in Tech & Co. “If you can choose the most efficient network in their living spaces or transport axes to stimulate competition.” This also allows to motivate the different operators to always improve their network infrastructure.
