“The model adopted today by the Commission is a new important step towards a reliable and transparent AY,” said Henna Virkkunen, vice president in charge of technological sovereignty, “we can strengthen confidence in AI and release all its potential for the benefit of the economy and society.”
The implementation of these new regulations is made while the European Union is under pressure from Donald Trump.
