“Many of you try to consult your accounts. Due to a lot of simultaneous connection, we invite you to try again in 30 seconds.” This Tuesday, July 29, several users saw this message at the Savings Caisse application.
Some fail to consult the history of their bank accounts, as indicated by Tech & Co., a problem also found on the French bank website. The number of users reported this problem at the descent site with a peak of 499 reports recorded at 10:22 am
“Not temporary available”
Some have also complained on social network X.
“Caisse d’Epargne what error … you can’t even consult your accounts,” wrote one of them. Another said that this problem only affected the users of the savings bank and not those of Banque Populaire.
Contacted by Tech & Co, the BPCE group (Banch Populaire and Savings Caisse) said it was a “lack of temporary availability of the service” without indicating its origin. He also said that 90% of users can currently connect to their account. And for those who still cannot do it, the incident will be resolved at 12 noon or at the beginning of the afternoon.
