Criticized for its low content regulation after the live death of the streamer Jean Pormanove, Kick ended up caught against a Spanish couple. As reported by the Spanish news agency EFE, the Australian transmission platform has banned Simón Pérez and Silvia Charro, two creators of controversial content.
She accuses them of having violated their community regulations and their conditions of use, said a spokesman for the news agency without giving more details. However, it was known that the Spanish couple participated in humiliating behaviors under the influence of the drug. Behaviors that “go beyond the limits of the acceptable, even in an environment of freedom like the one we defend,” Kick told the La Vanguardia newspaper.
Challenges in exchange for money
Simón Pérez and Silvia Charro became famous in 2017, thanks to a viral video in which they discussed the advantages of mortgage loans at a fixed rate while they were under the influence of drugs. Working in the immobiler and financial sector at that time, they lost their jobs.
In Kick, where they transmit content of the SS connection and other platforms, they demanded money in exchange for tests, sometimes dangerous, requested by users. Simón Pérez, for example, filmed with his partner drinking his own urine, tattooed or leaving in public disguised.
Simón Pérez and Silvia Charro believe that he had been banished from kicking due to the death of Jean Pormanove, which forced him to squeeze the screw. Under a survey in France, the platform has promised to cooperate. A few days before, he also promised to review his rules of moderation of the content.
However, keep in mind that this is not the first time that the Spanish couple has been banished from Kick. In early August, their accounts had been suspended for two weeks for showing a user’s private data on the screen.
