The American giant presented many products, five of which have enriched their range of rings, made of connected bells and surveillance cameras. Its main novelty is that some now benefit from 4K for the first time in France.
Among them, the Pro and Outer Pro Floodlight cameras, as well as the Pro Fér video door. They have 4K Ring Vision Technology to “capture critical details with realistic precision”, with “videos that reflect as close as possible what their eyes see naturally,” says Amazon in a press release. To achieve this, the company obviously uses artificial intelligence to optimize each stage of the image process.
Offer better image quality
In addition to 4K, these cameras and bells are equipped with other functions to improve the quality of the captured images, including a zoom of up to 10 times for remote details. The low visibility vision function allows you to have color even in the dark.
The Pro Froad External Chamber and the video pro iron are the only ones that benefit from the adaptive night vision, in combination with others, they offer clearer images, even in total darkness, as well as the detection of 3D movements.
The other two novelties of Amazon, the Plus inner camera and the most cable video bell, are limited to 2K. In spite of this, they could offer faithful videos to reality, thanks to a clarity and a density of augmented pixels. They also benefit from low visibility vision and adaptive night vision, as well as an improved zoom up to four times.
Finally, the five new Amazon products have the advanced video search function in France. It allows the user to quickly find what he is looking for (who ate the last ice cream, why the garbage cans are overthrown) entering applications instead of navigating video sequences. However, it will be a subscriber to call the home premium (19.99 euros per month or 199.99 euros per year) to benefit from it.
Price and availability
The five cameras and bells have been available in Pre-Pedido since Tuesday, September 30 for an expedition since mid-October.
The Plus interior chamber is marketed at 59.99 euros, the Pro outer Chamber in 199.99 and the Floodlight Pro camera at 279.99 euros. The most wiring video bell is sold at 179.99 euros and the video door with Pro Wired cable at 249.99 euros.
