Directed by Charlie Guillemot, son of CEO Yves Guillemot, and Christophe Duennes, Vantage Studios, whose name comes from an internal vote of employees, should bring together more than 2,300 of the 17,000 employees of the group.

Hope of a second breath for Ubisoft
