Does the dating sites and their functions of private night organizations shade the Libertine clubs? In any case, this is what Swingers Box Strip thinks, who decided to start a procedure against two of these platforms, Le Parisien reports.
Associated with the SNEG Federation (National Union of Gaies Business), which especially defends the establishments of official and legal freedom, criticizes the Wyylde and Glesese sites of unfair competition because they allow to organize the nights of freedom.
These two platforms found their audience among the usual customers of these festivals that flew during the COVVI, while the clubs were closed. The first, which claims six million accounts in France, has about 700,000 visits per day. On this platform, as in the other, hundreds of couples Libertad, some of which organize the nights at home or in an apartment that they have rented, in Paris or in the suburbs. Between five and ten are held every night in the Paris region.
“Every day and, everywhere, it is an unfair competition, what they do is completely illegal and strongly impacts the assistance of all libertine clubs in Paris and their suburbs,” he criticized the Strip manager.
A much lower cost
The organizers of these nights offer lower prices than the Libertine Clubs. “It is an activity that ends up expensive, we spend between 400 and 500 euros per month when we go to a club every week,” he reveals to the Parisian Alain, which has been attending the Libertine environment for more than ten years.
By way of comparison, the entry of the afternoons organized through Wyylde or Gleese, is invoiced in 50, 70 or 100 euros, with invited people who are not empty. For example, a couple rented a Parisian loft for two nights to “a little less than 600 euros” for a birthday. Every night he gathered one hundred people, who had to bring a bottle of champagne.
Most organizers are content to provide the place, some small furnaces and bottles of strong alcohol. One night brings them on average between 3,000 and 5,000 euros. But these nights represent a real deficit for Libertina clubs, especially because organizers do not pay charges.
“It is completely legitimate that people invite themselves and there are also serious people who have established official structures that do not raise concern. But those who improvise the organizers without any legal obligation, without security rule and who make everything pay in cash without declaring or wages or a VAT a real problem of iniquity. Head of a restaurant of Libertine.
The organizers manage to escape the law, in particular when announcing the entry price as “cost participation.”
A matter of evidence
Like others, he criticizes the lack of reaction from a legal point of view in this environment, especially because some managers risk bankruptcy. The head of the Strip, who remembered the Law of the Wyylde and Gleese sites by mail, for example, alerted the City Council of the Plaisance of Neuilly (Seine-Saint-Denis) this summer on the nights organized in a pavilion in the District D’Avron district. But he didn’t win.
“The most difficult thing is to gather the evidence of the various crimes,” Gwenaëlle Philippe and I Charlottevavain told me, lawyers who defend the interests of the Striptease Club. “But without a doubt there is fiscal fraud, hidden work and, obviously, an unfair competition,” they added. However, the only way to demonstrate the benefit that organizers get from these afternoons would be to participate. This is the only way to have their address and names, lawyers said they hide behind nicknames on websites.
“And justice cannot investigate the hundreds of organizers who collect a few thousand euros each,” they said. Reason why the strip manager wants to force Wyylde and glee to regulate. The SNEF Federation also plans to start judicial actions against the organizers if you judge the response of the two unsatisfactory sites. He will also seize the Paris Police headquarters.
