Elon Musk likes to say that he usually sleeps where he works: his Tesla factory in Germany, the SpaceX launch sites and, of course, Twitter headquarters, which he probably hasn’t left since his takeover.
So, in order to “relieve” the employees who have not been fired or who have not resigned, the boss has decided to turn part of the head office spaces into makeshift rooms or dormitories.
On Thursday, the BBC revealed photos of these makeshift facilities, sometimes with beds but more often sofas with a sheet and pillow.
They are thus found in meeting rooms, bathrooms, etc.
Some photos even show a wardrobe set up for the occasion or even a washing machine to do laundry.
Elon Musk has never hidden that he intends to increase the pace of work to reduce costs and increase revenue. At the moment, the company has not convinced of these new advances…
