With BFMTV, Île-de-France Mobilités confirms that around 100,000 people are affected. “Île-de-France Mobilités apologizes and sincerely regrets the inconvenience caused. The people affected will be reimbursed automatically, without any action on their part, in the coming days,” specifies the public establishment, which recently increased the price of the Navigo pass. at 84.10 euros per month.

Between January 2 and 3, some 10,000 tweets were published on the subject, according to data provided by Visibrain to BFMTV. At the moment, it is likely that many people involved are not yet aware of these multiple debits.

Even with BFMTV, Île-de-France Mobilités ensures that all sums debited in error will be refunded “in the next few days”. For users, no action will be necessary: ​​your account will be credited automatically. However, after such a technical issue, a verification of this refund is highly recommended.
