A collective will file a complaint against influencers for organized gang scam

A collective will file a complaint for fraud in an organized gang, thus targeting several reality show influencers.

“Influvoleurs” is the term chosen by the Collectif d’Aide aux Victims d’Influenceurs to denounce deceptive practices. The group will file a complaint for organized fraud.

Fake sales, deceptive financial investments, fake online betting… Influencers are often harassed. The complaint focuses on two specific cases involving almost 80 complainants. The first concerns “NFT Animoon”, a scam that promises very large profits after investment. However, this non-existent game has been highlighted by various influencers.

The second case is called “Blatagang” and points directly to the influencer Marc Blata. “Investigations, enriched by numerous names and documents, must be opened against the various protagonists of these projects, including Mr. Marc Blata and Ms. Nadé Blata residing in Dubai,” the group indicates in its press release.

To do this, the collective joins forces with the firm Ziegler & Associés, whose lawyer Me Jocelyn Ziegler will present the complaint this month before the Paris Court. Victims of other influencers have also approached the group to try to obtain compensation.

Personalities like the rapper Booba have warned of these deceptive practices. Booba often denounces the illegal practices of influencers directed mainly at the agent of many influencers Magali Berdah. The latter had filed a complaint against the rapper in September 2022 for cyberbullying.
