The app, currently only available on iOS and as a Chrome extension, allows you to set Screen Time in a number of ways. “You can block without any means of circumvention or choose to use the application but specify why and for how long. Starting with a free offer and a premium (at 99 euros per year), Opal wants to offer Internet users a breather that allows them to adopt healthier behaviors with the screens.

Opal now has nearly 500,000 members and claims nearly 50 million hours offline since its inception.
