Midjourney Bans Journalist Behind Fake Footage of Donald Trump’s Arrest

British journalist Eliot Higgins had shared about fifty fake illustrations of Donald Trump. Midjourney now prohibits any arrest images.

Midjourney could be a very good photo novel maker, as long as it doesn’t involve the arrest of a person, especially if that person is named Donald Trump. Precisely, a British journalist has tried to illustrate what could happen to Donald Trump if he were arrested as the former president predicted a few days ago.

From the chaotic arrest in the middle of the street to daily life in prison dressed in the famous orange tunic, Eliot Higgins has thus captured in images, through fifty illustrations, the hypothetical future of Donald Trump.

But this Twitter thread apparently didn’t go down well with Midjourney. The image-generating artificial intelligence would have banned the British journalist from his platform according to him.

Forbidden word in Midjourney

If Midjourney did not give a reason for this banishment, it is now impossible to arrange an arrest on the platform. Tech&Co, for example, tried to generate a false image of Emmanuel Macron detained in Paris by the police. But the word “arrested” is now banned.

However, this ban did not stop the imagination of Eliot Higgins, who asked ChatGPT to write a film script with dialogue between Donald Trump and his cellmates.
