The democratization of GPS among the general public has revolutionized the way people move. So much so that it is sometimes difficult to navigate without the navigation applications integrated into smartphones, from Google Maps to Waze through Apple Maps. A situation that can occur if, for example, you are abroad without the possibility of Internet access or in a white zone.
However, Android device owners have the option of being able to find their way without a mobile network or Wi-Fi using Google Maps. All they have to do is have previously downloaded a map of the place they want to go to in the application. Although viewed offline, the map will allow you to use GPS navigation and get directions.
