The bodies of two adults and two children were found in an apartment in Hounslow, west London, the capital of the United Kingdom.
British police have already started the investigation to determine the causes of death of the four people, believed to be from the same family, to identify the bodies and to inform the next of kin, as it is certain that they are a man and a woman of in their thirties, an 11-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy.
Police had to force their way into the apartment after receiving a call just after 3 p.m. on Friday following concerns from some neighbors.
Local police commander Sean Wilson told the British press that the investigation was still at a “very early stage” and they were not looking for any suspects.
The same official confirmed that there is a belief that “the four individuals are from the same family”, but he pointed to the conclusions of the ongoing investigations.
A neighbour, who declined to be identified, told the press they were “normal neighbours”. “We just greeted each other. When I came home after work there were police everywhere. It was very strange because that is not common here. I have no idea what happened,” he added.
