The head of European diplomacy on Wednesday condemned “another display of terror” by Russia after a cruise missile attack on Kramatorsk that killed at least ten people and injured more than sixty.
“In yet another display of terror Russia inflicts on the Ukrainian people, a cruise missile hit a restaurant and shopping center in Kramatorsk,” in eastern Ukraine, Josep Borrell wrote on the social network Twitter.
The High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs added that the site has been reached “is a well-known meeting place” for journalists from international media: “Russia is once again violating international law and committing war crimes.”
Ten people were killed and more than 60 injured in a rocket attack carried out overnight by Russian forces that hit a restaurant in the center of the eastern Ukraine city of Kramatorsk. Three children are among the fatalities.
