Three Ukrainian civilians were killed this Tuesday during a Russian bombing of the city of Kupiansk (Kharkov region, eastern Ukraine), regional governor Oleg Synegoubov said.
“The enemy attacked Kupiansk with a guided aerial bomb. Three civilians were killed,” the governor wrote on the Telegram social network, denouncing what he considered “another war crime by the Russian occupiers.”
So far there are no more details about the attack reported by the Ukrainian regional governor.
