A new attack by Russian forces on several locations in Ukraine’s Kherson region has killed at least one person and injured six, local governor Alexander Prokudin said.
The official said there were 71 bomb attacks last night that hit residential areas, as well as health infrastructure and commercial establishments.
Prokudin also indicated that “among the injured are minors” and stressed that the attacks were concentrated in densely populated areas, especially in the Berislav district, in Kherson, north of the annexed province of Crimea.
The statements of the governor of the eastern region of Ukraine were distributed through the social network Telegram.
Despite Ukrainian forces pushing back the Russian army last year, the Moscow army continues to bomb Kherson and the surrounding area.
