The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, released this Sunday, on Facebook, a set of images that reveal the consequences of the Russian missile attack in Zaporizhia so that “the world sees the truth”.
The attack left at least 13 dead.
“The world must see the truth. A missile attack on the civilian population in Zaporizhia destroyed houses and residential buildings,” Volodymyr Zelensky was quoted as saying by the Ukrinform news agency.
Zelensky noted that “Ukraine never wanted this war,” nor did anything to provoke it.
“We are facing a State that does not want peace. With a terrorist state”, she stressed.
The Ukrainian president had already warned of the bombings launched in recent days against Zaporizhia, which caused dozens of deaths.
According to local police, at least 13 people were killed in the latest attack alone and 60 were hospitalized in medical facilities.
