This Tuesday, the Israeli Army attributed the attack that hit a Gaza hospital early in the afternoon and which, according to Hamas, killed at least 500 people, to the Palestinian organization Islamic Jihad.
“According to intelligence information, based on various sources that we obtained, Islamic Jihad is responsible for the failed rocket attack that hit the hospital,” the Israeli Army said in a statement.
The Health Ministry of the Gaza Strip, led by the Hamas movement, said today that at least 500 people were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a hospital where civilians were injured and seeking shelter.
The Palestinian president has already declared three days of national mourning.
