At the national level, Russia launched 24 projectiles of the same type against the provinces of Kharkov, Odessa and Lviv, according to Ukrainian forces.

Meanwhile, Ukraine’s head of state Volodymyr Zelensky said the attack in recent hours could mark a worsening of Russian actions “at a time when winter is approaching.”
