So far this year, the Ministry of Reintegration has allocated 422 million hryvnias (10.7 million euros) to help those released, as well as the families of the hostages.
Despite the war, Russia and Ukraine appear to have reached an agreement on several issues humanitarian, as exchange of prisoners or delivery of corpses of soldiersas well as about the return of Ukrainian children who were in Russian territory.
