Danone plans to divest most of its activities in Russia
French agri-food giant Danone announced on Friday that it plans to ditch its “dairy and plant-based products” unit in Russia, which makes up the bulk of its business in the country, and will eventually keep it as its infant nutrition arm.
Danone is one of the few multinationals that has remained in Russia since the start of the war in Ukraine in February.
