A fire that broke out in an electrical substation in Moscow left three neighborhoods in the Russian capital without electricity or heating.
According to the RBC Ukraine information website, the temperature inside the apartments dropped to between 10 and 15 degrees, while in Moscow the thermometers read -27 degrees.
Until now The cause of the fire is unknown.
