Two people were killed and a third seriously injured in a stabbing in the German city of Ludwigshafen, in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate.
The police spokeswoman said the 25-year-old suspect in the attack had initially fled, but was arrested after being shot by the patrol conducting the chase.
