Ukraine fears the opening of a new front in the north, on the border with Belarus
Ukraine, hit in its infrastructures and faced with Russian forces in the south and east, was alarmed by the possible opening of a new front in the north from Belarus, which could threaten Western arms transport routes.
“The threat of a resumption of the offensive on the northern front by the Russian armed forces is growing,” Oleksiï Gromov, an officer of the Ukrainian General Staff, told the press.

Iranian soldiers in Crimea according to Washington
The alleged military aid from Tehran to Moscow is due, according to Washington, to the presence of Iranian soldiers in Crimea.
These statements from the White House further raise the accusations against Iran, already sanctioned on Thursday by Ukraine’s Western allies for deliveries of kamikaze drones that Moscow and Tehran continue to deny.

“I hope construction can start as soon as possible,” said Sanna Marin.
Ukraine accuses Russia of wanting to destroy a dam near Kherson
Ukraine has accused Russia of having mined a hydroelectric dam near Kherson, in the south of the country, to cause a “disaster” in this region.
“Russia is consciously preparing the ground for a large-scale disaster in southern Ukraine,” Voldymyr Zelensky denounced on Thursday.
According to him, Russian forces “mined the dam and units of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant”, one of the largest such infrastructures in Ukraine. If the dam bursts, “more than 80 towns, including Kherson, will be in the flash flood zone,” he said.
