Russia continues to point fingers at Ukraine

On Friday, gunmen opened fire at a concert hall near Moscow, Crocus City Hall, before setting it alight. Four alleged attackers have since been arrested, along with several suspects accused of helping them. This is the deadliest attack in Russia in twenty years.
