Lebanon: a hospital director and six caregivers killed in an Israeli attack in the east of the country

A hospital director and six of his colleagues were killed on Friday near Baalbeck, in eastern Lebanon, in an attack attributed to the Israeli army, according to Lebanese authorities.

The director of the Dar al-Amal hospital, near Baalbeck, in eastern Lebanon, died this Friday, November 22, along with six members of the nursing staff, in an Israeli attack that targeted his residence, located near the facility. health, reported the Ministry. of Health.

In a statement, the ministry announces the “loss of Dr. Ali Rakan Allam, director of the Dar al-Amal University Hospital, who was martyred with six of his colleagues during a cowardly Israeli attack that targeted Dr. Allam’s residence, located next to the hospital”, denouncing “the continuous attacks carried out by the Israeli army against health personnel and facilities”.

More than 3,500 people killed in Lebanon
