Ceasefire in Lebanon: Netanyahu now wants Israel to “focus on the Iranian threat”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu celebrated the successes against Iran and stated that the elimination of Iranian nuclear capabilities is “the main objective to ensure the survival of the State of Israel.”

During a speech this Tuesday, November 26, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu hailed the successes achieved by his army against Iran. The IDF carried out “precision strikes” against military targets near Tehran on the night of October 25-26, in response to a massive Iranian missile attack on the Jewish state on October 1.

“In Iran we have managed to destroy its air defense capabilities, its missile production capacity and much of its nuclear program,” said the Israeli leader.

“We will focus on the Iranian threat”

Benjamin Netanyahu said he was “determined to do whatever is necessary to prevent Iran from having a nuclear weapon.” “The elimination of this threat (Iranian nuclear capabilities) is the main objective to guarantee the survival of the State of Israel,” he stated.

In this statement on Tuesday, Benjamin Netanyahu announced that the security cabinet will adopt a ceasefire with Hezbollah “tonight.” “The ceasefire agreement now means that we will focus on the Iranian threat,” the Israeli Prime Minister continued.
