Burma: an earthquake of magnitude 5.5 touches the country, two weeks after the earthquake that left more than 3,600 dead

According to the United States Geological Institute, the USGS, the tremors were moderate in Meiktila, a city of almost 200,000 inhabitants and the great agglomeration closest to the seismic home.

A country without blood

At the end of March, the earthquake destroyed more than 5,200 buildings, according to official data, and more than two million people need help due to the earthquake, according to the UN. The United Nations appealed to donations, hoping to raise $ 275 million.
