The night from Saturday to Sunday was a bit quieter on the Ukrainian front, after the Easter holidays announced by Vladimir Putin. But Volodymyr Zelensky states that the Russian army continues its attacks.
Less numerous Russian attacks, but not really a high fire. According to Volodymyr Zelensky, the Ukrainian army identified on Saturday night to Sunday, April 20 “59 cases of bombing and 5 assaults of Russian units” despite the Easter break announced by Vladimir Putin.
“On the morning of Easter, we can say that the Russian army is trying to create the general impression of a high fire, while pursuing, in certain areas, isolated attempts to move forward and inflict losses in Ukraine,” summarizes the Ukrainian President in X, calling Moscow to “completely respect the Cessefire conditions.”
Faced with the Russian strikes that continue, “Ukraine will continue to act symmetrically,” he said.
