United States: the FBI stops a judge for “hindering” the arrest of a migrant in the Wisconsin

The director of the FBI, Kash Patel, announced on Friday, April 25 that the United States Federal Police arrested a Wisconsin judge.

The United States Federal Police arrested a judge to “hinder” an arrest operation of a migrant, the FBI director announced on Friday, April 25, marking a rise in the confrontation committed by the Trump administration with the judicial system.

“At this time, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan in Milwaukee, Wisconsin,” he said in X Kash Patel, before his publication was withdrawn from the platform.

“We believe that Dugan’s judge intentionally deviated from the agents (of the individual’s immigration police) to be arrested in his court (…) allowing the individual, a clandestine migrant, to escape the arrest,” he added, added that the migrant had finally been arrested after a prosecution.

Trump executive decrees found by Justice

Kash Patel’s appointment at the head of the Federal Police at the beginning of the year had faced the lively opposition of the Democrats, who feared that this faithful of Donald Trump would use the FBI to “take revenge on his political enemies,” in the words of the influential Democratic Senator Dick Durbin.

Since the return of the Republican billionaire to the White House at the end of January, justice has found many executive decrees and other measures, particularly in immigration.

The Trump administration decided in exchange for starting a passing pass with the Judiciary, and recently two judges indicated in two different cases the concealment, even bad faith, that the Government would have demonstrated in front of the courts that contradict their massive expulsion policy.
