War in Ukraine: Vladimir Putin says he is ready to negotiate “without any prerequisite”

The Kremlin called “constructive and very useful” these new discussions between mm. Putin and Peskov, exchanges that will be used to “bring positions to Moscow and Washington in several subjects, first, the Ukrainian archive.

Vladimir Putin ordered his army on February 24, 2022 to attack Ukraine, a conflict that led just over three years of thousands of thousands of people, civilians and military. Russia still occupies almost 20% of the Ukrainian territory.
