New Orleans prison is completely closed after several of his detainees escaped this Friday, May 16.
Susan Hutson’s sheriff said the escape had been discovered during a routine count at 8:30 am attendees of the Sheriff’s office and the associated agencies for the application of the State Law actively seek the escapes. Initially eleven, they are now nine detainees to be sought after the arrest of two of them, a spokesman for the Sheriff’s office announced.
“Dangerous” prisoners
His accusations range from illegal possession of weapons to murders, according to judicial documents.
The Sheriff’s office also indicated that they should be considered “as armed and dangerous.”
“We call on the population that remains vigilant,” added Susan Hutson Sheriff.
