Despite the recent peace conversations that have remained between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul, Russian President Vladimir Putin has just launched the greatest military recruitment campaign in three years.
160,000 men, between 18 and 30, are called to participate under the flags. 1,300 volunteers every day

If the fire has not yet been decided, the two countries agreed a massive exchange of war prisoners. Last April, more than 240 prisoners were exchanged between Russia and Ukraine.
