Andriy Portnov, former deputy director of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine under the presidency of Viktor Iianaukovitch, near Russia, was killed by bullets on Wednesday morning in Pozilo de Alarcón, near Madrid, in front of their children’s school, a police source told AFP.
“The victim received several shots when he was about to enter a car. Several people subjected her back and head before fleeing in a wooded area,” said this source, confirming that it was Andriy Portnov, a former deputy also sanctioned by the United States by corruption.
