Some deliveries take place in unpublished conditions. This is the case of Ana María Devoz, a 33 -year -old Spanish who gave birth on May 17, in Valladolid, in the northwest of Spain due to a taxi that rejected his career, reports northern Castile.
Accompanied by the future father, the woman began to feel contractions at the exit of a shopping center. The couple then asked a taxi when they saw that the work had begun. Hurdly to get to the hospital as quickly as possible, future parents were rejected as the only driver’s response. However, they were already entering the vehicle.
“We had already prepared our shopping bags and my wife even put a towel on the back of the taxi to try not to stain anything, and she went up thinking that they would take us as quickly as possible,” explains Nelson Salcedo, the father, who had to help his wife out of the taxi.
“We were very surprised”
When the driver saw the situation, he would have repeated “no, no, no, no” to the couple. “He said he could not take us without giving a concrete explanation and that he left.
In the end, on Saturday more fear was born to the damage than the damage to the couple, a girl named Ainara, was born the help of several people at the scene at the time of childbirth.
“A man called emergency services and another stayed with me. Shortly after, the police and ambulance helped us,” said Nelson Salcedo.
If the man has already been identified by the court, it will now be necessary to determine for the authorities if his refusal constitutes a criminal offense. At the moment, the driver has not yet been arrested.
