Kaja Kallas had to present in the next few days at the 27th of the EU a list of possible measures that will be taken after the decision to review the association agreement that links Israel to Europeans.

A European Commission report, presented at the end of June to European Foreign Ministers, believes that Israel violated article 2 of this agreement in terms of respect for human rights. Some European countries, of which Spain demand a suspension of this association agreement, at least in part, but several others oppose.
