The Ukrainian night attacks killed one in the Lipetsk region in Russia, Moscow’s forces secured this Friday, July 11, after killing one hundred drones.
The day before, a save of Russian drones had killed two people in kyiv, when negotiations for a diplomatic result in the conflict are stagnant.
“Tonight, a drone crashed in the field of one of the agricultural companies in the Khlevensky district,” about 500 kilometers south of Moscow, which caused a fire, said the governor of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov, on telegram. “One person died, another has been injured,” he added.
In total, during the night “Air defense systems in service intercepted and destroyed 155 Ukrainian drones”, including 53 in the Koursk region, a border of Ukraine, said the Russian Ministry of Defense in the same social network.
Daily attacks
Ukraine leads air attacks in Russia almost every day, while Russian forces also continue to bombard the Ukrainian cities almost daily, as part of the Russian offensive in Ukraine it was launched in February 2022.

Diplomatic impasse

According to him, it is not a “new approach”, nor an initiative that drives “automatically to peace”, but a “new idea” that “could allow to open the door” towards a possible result.
Donald Trump annoyed Vladimir Putin
The American diplomat also made sure he had noticed his counterpart the “disappointment” and the “frustration” of President Donald Trump before the “lack of progress” to end the conflict.
On Tuesday, Donald Trump accused his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin of saying “much shit” in the Ukrainian archive and suggested that he wanted to impose new sanctions in Moscow. On Monday, he also promised the supply of additional military teams to the Ukrainians.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov refuted the idea that peace discussions were at a dead point. He said Moscow was waiting for “Kyiv Signals” to agree on a date for a third cycle of bilateral conversations, after two meetings not very fruitful in mid -May and early June.
But hostilities will continue while Moscow considers it impossible to “achieve their goals” only on the diplomatic path, he repeated.
